Western Bahr El Ghazal SPLM caucus at the assembly, commissioners and councillors on Wednesday met to consult and nominate candidates for the new cabinet.
Jur River County Commissioner John Arop Apai after the meeting said they briefed members of state assembly on changes, restructure and the criteria of appointments, Voice of Hope reported.
He called for stable situation especially in Jur River County after the appointment of the new cabinet.
Mr Arop pledged to bless and work with the new cabinet.
State MP Mary Stephen said the assembly will endorse the new cabinet and that opportunists will never get a chance this time to confuse people.
She urged Governor Rizik Zachariah Hassan to appoint right persons to right places to deliver services.
Ms Stephen called for breaking of the deadlock currently existing between executive and legislative organs.
She pointed out that segregation and division will never bring unity and development to the state.
The Governor is also expected to dissolve and appoint county commissioners in the coming days.
He reduced state ministries from 12 to 9.
