Western Equatoria Ministry of Labour, Public Service and Human Resource Development on Thursday awarded certificates to 104 government employees in Yambio.
Labor Ministry in collaboration with the British Council trained the employees at Mikese University for three months on English Language and Business communication, Anisa Radio reported.
State Education Minister Pia Philip Michael warned the employees that working with fake documents was a crime and abuse to their educational backgrounds.
He pointed out that time is coming to consider the kind of certificates people have and not only how long they worked in the government.
Mr Philip urged the employees to implement what they learnt during the training.
