Heavy rain destroyed houses of three families in Debi Administrative Unit, Heiban County of Nuba Mountains.
Kuku Ibrahim Ugro, Administrative Director said the affected families need an immediate help but his office was incapable to assist them, Voice of Hope.
He described this year’s rainfall as terrible one and that rain conditions required great attention currently.
Mr Ibrahim blamed the Sudanese government for objecting Humanitarian organizations from entering into the Nuba Mountains to assist people.
He appealed to the international community to exert more pressure on Khartoum government in order to allow humanitarian access into the SPLM-N controlled areas.
