Eastern Equatoria state members of parliament risk to be thrown out for not dressing in accordance to code of the August House.

The state deputy speaker Paul Napwon on Tuesday told some MPs to dress according to the regulations of the August House, Emmanuel Radio reported.

He urged legislators to abide by the dressing code warning that the house will block MPs who disobey the code from attending proceedings.

Mr Napwon said he and the speaker were entrusted to check on the dress code and the legislators conduct.

The deputy speaker said MPs can only be allowed to wear slippers on conditions of having pains on their feet.
