Morobo County authorities in Central Equatoria State plan to privatize markets in an effort to reduce corruption.
Commissioner Moses Simon Soro said the plan came due to mismanagement of funds by corrupt officials limiting service to the citizens, Easter Radio reported.
Mr Soro said the county authorities are embarking on agriculture, construction of feeder roads and health facilities as top priorities of the local Government in Morobo.
The commissioner made the revelation during an exclusive interview with Easter Radio on Wednesday.
