Boda-boda Association in Yei River County of Central Equatoria discussed the kind of motorcycle to buy for its members.
Yei Tembo Company Marketing Supervisor said the Tembo Company is the same company producing Senke motorcycles, Easter Radio reported.
The supervisor said the Tembo motorcycle is stronger than Bajaj and the ordinary Senke because it has an electric starter.
He urged the boda-boda operators to use a motorcycle that helps them to save money rather than working with a vehicle that brings losses every day.
Yei Boda-boda Association Chairman Amani Joseph said his office will get 240 Pounds from the sale of on Tembo.
He said the money will be divided into two: 140 Pounds are sent to the Boda-boda national office in Juba and the Yei office receives 100 Pounds.
The two officials were talking while addressing Boda-boda riders at Yei Freedom Square.
