Four new members of the SPLM Liberation Council in Western Bahr El Ghazal were sworn into office in Wau on Thursday.
The new members who took oath are Kamil Wani Urage, Bella Daniel Seliman, Monica Sabino Madut and Henry Deng Apollo, Voice of Hope reported.SPLM State Assistant Sectary Mel Alue Guch was pleased for the council to nominate the new members and officially take their responsibility in the party.
He added that the new members will help the SPLM to reach its vision and pave better ways for the coming generations.
Magistrate John Yel called on the new members and all the Liberation Council to take all their duties to serve the community.
Mr Wana was appointed secretary and Mr Bella deputy chairperson of the SPLM in the state.
He said they came to implement the vision of the party and requested anyone to forgive their mistakes.
Mr Wana called on all SPLM Liberation Council members to keep working as one family and not allow any form of tribalism to break the party’s vision.
The new members replaced deputy chairperson Anthony Joseph Nbendo and secretary general Polino Adam Naro.
