Eastern Equatoria State Deputy Governor called for security to all the citizens in the country.
Jerome Gama Surur said the National Security Policy and strategy should cater for the interests of all the people of South Sudan, Radio Emmanuel reported.He stressed that security officers should understand the National Security Policy properly to help them to meet the expectations of the citizens.
Mr Gama also called on security officers to make environment conducive for citizens to enjoy the fruit of the freedom they struggled for.
The Deputy Governor was speaking on Tuesday during the opening of a three-day consultative workshop on National Security Policy and Strategy in Torit.
