Yei River County Commissioner announced that land demarcation would start soon in Yei town.
Juma David Augustine warned those who grabbed land in town that they would not get ownership documents, Radio Easter reported.Mr Juma decried the excessive use of strong alcoholic drinks by some youths that claimed many lives and produced a liver disease outbreak in town.
He added that some youths were chewing a local drug instead of leading productive lives.
Mr Juma said the Equatoria Conference showed strong support to the leadership of President Salva Kiir and the three Equatoria states remained loyal to him.
He called on the youth who come for prayers and share the Gospel with those that left the Church.
The Commissioner made the statements at the end of Sunday Mass at Yei’s Christ the King Cathedral.
