SPLM-Central Equatoria secretariat has concluded a five-day tour that drew representatives from all the bomas of Lainya Payam in Lainya County.
State Secretary for Training, Research and Planning Isaac Joel Minyos said there were more challenges than achievements, Radio Easter reported.He asked the party to train its cadres to equip them with the skills for their work.
Mr Minyos said the services delivered to citizens were inadequate.
SPLM Lainya County Secretary Lupai Emmanuel demanded that the outreach programs should continue in order to catch the attention of voters before the Congress and the 2015 elections.
Mr Lupai noted that the people of Lainya County showed interest in the outreach activities.
