The Vicar General of the Catholic Diocese of Yei called on the women of the diocese to help the priests in the parishes.
Zachariah Angutuwa Sebit made the call during the conclusion of a three-day workshop for women in the diocese of Yei, Radio Easter reported.He said most time priests in the diocese are working alone.
Fr Angutuwa encouraged the women to take the workshop as serious opportunity to their families and the counties.
Mama Mary Seima, one participant from St Augustine Parish-Ombasi, said the workshop was interesting and helped her to solve some problems.
Charity Alomo from Christ the King Parish-Yei said they were ready to help other women about the skills to manage their lives.
Alice Seima Philip Gamara called upon the Government to support such kind of workshop because it is important to the women and the families in the country.
She urged all women to cooperate to acquire the knowledge from those who had attained the training to help them.
