The secondary examinations forms have arrived in Wau.
Director General of Education in Western Bahr El Ghazal Abdalla Ali Abdalla told Voice of Hope that the ministry organized a meeting on Wednesday morning at Mbili Secondary School with all the school heads to enlighten them about the fill-in operation.Mr Ali said both government and private schools should be receiving the forms soon.
State education minister Adel Atanasius Surur called all the head teachers to learn how to fill the forms and to it correctly.
Mr Atanasius explained the differences from former forms and called the teachers to pay enough attention during the filling-in process.
The forms are written in Arabic but the national ministry of education wanted them to be filled in English.
The deadline for filling in the forms is 25 February.
Those who fail to meet the date will have to pay a fine of 25 pounds.
