Five people were killed and another seven injured when raiders from Cueibet attacked Tonj East County in Warrap State on Friday evening.
Tonj South County Police Commissioner Joseph Mayiei said the commissioner of Tonj East told him over the phone about the attack.He said that the fighting started when the attackers took four bulls and killed them for food.
Mr Mayiei said five people died and seven were injured during the fighting.
He added that many cows were killed during the fight between Gok and Kongor people.
Mr Mayiei said the clashes were going on up to this morning.
He urged all the people to live in peace and cooperation because fighting would not develop the country.
