The Auxiliary Bishop of the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba has advised Christians in South Sudan and Juba in particular to imitate the example of the listening heart of Virgin Mary the Mother of Jesus.
Ê
Santo Loku Pio told the faithful at St Theresa’s Cathedral Kator on Christmas Day that all must have a listening heart in order to serve the people of God.
Ê
He said all people must imitate Mary because her yes brought salvation to human beings.
Bishop Loku explained that Christmas has to happen again and again because human beings are adamant.
He said the consequences of lack of listening are suffering.
Thousands of Christians across South Sudan joint the World in celebrating nativity of Jesus Christ.
