The communities of the Nuba Mountains are prepared for Christmas celebrations despite threats of Sudanese government aerial attacks.
SPLM-N Chairman in Hieban Locality, Younan Albarut Ajur said that people view conflict as a normal way of life.He said the market is busy as usual with many people buying Christmas items.
He described the Khartoum government as people without faith, as they continue bombing civilians in Nuba Mountains even on Fridays, Muslims days of prayer.
He advised people only to trust in God.
The Chairman remarked that the Christmas will be celebrated amidst government’s aerial attacks.
