The situation in Tonj South County, Warrap State is quiet normal now after the clashes of the cattle raiders in Manyangok Payam.

Tonj South, Police Commissioner Joseph Mayiei told Don Bosco Radio that the situation is quiet normal now in all the areas around.

He said they have deployed organized forces to secure the areas in Payams and Bomas.

MayieiÊ urged the people who escape the clashes to urgently return to their homes.

He urged residents of Kurnyuk, Makuei, Timthok, and Agukret to go back to home and harvest their crops.

Mayiei√É≈† cautioned people against some elements who want to become thieves to loot people’s belongings.

He urged all the people of Tonj South County to stay in peaceful coexistence and cooperate with their neighbouring Counties.
