Drivers transporting goods from the neighbouring countries through Yambio road to Wau are stuck following the closure of the road since Wednesday.
The road was closed by the youth because two of their members are being detained by security organs.The detention is due strongly opposition from the youth about Wau County headquarters transfer to Baggari.
More than thirty heavy weight trucks on Baggari-Wau, Wau-Yambio and WauÐRaja roads have no chance of entry or exit.
Truck drivers on the roads told Voice of Hope Radio that the action has affected their scheduled time to reach their destinations.
Semmee Kakungulu, one of the drivers on the road, said though nobody is inflicting any pain on them, they are still not happy as their goods have not reached their destination.
Other drivers who could not reveal their names called for immediate help for them to pass through.
They said for two days no concerned official has come to rescue them.
No concern authority could be reached for explanations.
