More than 60 people have been detained in the Deling raising fears from the community about their safety.
SPLM-N Spokesman Arnu Ngatulu Lodi said many of the detainees are women and elderly people most of them above 60s with poor health condition.He lamented that the detainees may face execution after they have been transferred from Deling prison to Kadugli prompting fears of October massacre of 43 people in Liri.
He held the governor Hamed Harun responsible for continued violations against the civilians.
Mr Lodi mentioned that the governor is an experienced war criminal and knows how to undermine the international resolutions.
The Spokesman stated that SPLM-N seeks independent international investigations into the crimes committed by the government since June 2011.
