Torit shisha smoking joints have 15 days to close down following a directive from the County Commissioner.

Mr Otuduha placed the origin of shisha smoking in Egypt among retired people at home.
He said the Torit County Commissioner was authorized to issue an order banning shisha smoking in public places from November 18.
State and county police, including the CID, the Criminal Investigation Department, will implement the order.
Mr Otuduha said his ministry was tasked with the job of informing the people about the shisha ban.
