The Minister for Local Government of Central Equatoria has appealed for unity amongst the people of Lainya County.
Lainya County press secretary, Bullen Lugalla, told Radio Easter that Minister Alberto Pitia urged the community to work hand in hand with the new county commissioner to realize development.Mr Lugalla said the newly appointed Commissioner Huda Michael Laila was willing to work with the people of the Lainya County.
The press secretary said a large number of people gathered for the reception of the new commissioner at the border of Lainya with Juba County on Monday.
