Sudanese Antonov war planes dropped 37 bombs targeting villages and civilians in Blue Nile state on Friday.
SPLM-North spokesperson Arnu Ngattulu Lodi said the bombs hit villages of Ora-Balila killing three civilians and wounding 11 others.He added that in Magaf village four people were seriously injured and another six in Wadaka Nellei.
Thirty heads of cattle were killed.
Mr Ngattulu said the fresh bombings were an attempt to disrupt any chance of reaching an agreement on the humanitarian situation in Blue Nile and Nuba Mountains on indirect talks in Addis Ababa.
He added that the attacks were a deliberate attack on civilians to force them to flee.
Mr Ngattulu claimed that as the number of refugees and IDPs increases, Khartoum is seeking to politicize humanitarian aid in an attempt to derail talks to pave the way for an humanitarian intervention in Nile Blue and Nuba Mountains.
The SPLM-North spokesperson said Khartoum is trying to dodge the international community and play around with the UN Security Council resolution 2046.
