Italian Medical Organization, Commitato Collabarazione Medica (CCM) has started on Thursday HIV/AIDS Peer Education training in Tonj Government Hospital.
CCM officer, John Paul, said that the three days training is aimed at reaching as many youth as possible mainly in South Sudan with the message of prevention of HIV/AIDS, Radio Don Bosco reported.He said that most young people do not seek advice from their parents but they prefer talking to their fellow young friends because those are the ones who listen to them.
He added that after training these young people will go back to their respective places to spread the gospel of abstinence and faithfulness to the youth at their gathering areas.
That training that was attended by 19 is part of the series of trainings ongoing all over the country.
