Over five hundred children ranging from twelve years old and above stormed Saints Peter and Paul Church on Monday to receive assorted gifts of Christmas child.
Saints Peter and Paul Parish Information Secretary Vitale Ofire Raphael said the children were informed on Sunday to receive their gifts.Mr Ofire added that 189 children were registered but more than five hundred children came to the Parish and caused shortage of the gifts.
The gifts comprising sweets, toys, and clothes were sent to the Parish by the Samaritan PurseÊ organization two weeks ago.
Saints Peter and Paul parish received 16 cartons of the donation.
