The health department of the Catholic diocese of Tombura-Yambio is fencing health facilities across Western Equatoria State.
Diocesan health manager Nicholas Womoapai Baabe told Anisa FM that during the last two weeks his department fenced the primary health care units in Kpasua and Naangbimo of Nzara County.Madebe, in Ibba County, will be next.
Dr Womoapai explained that the fences are part of infrastructural improvement of the health facilities.
He added that fences protect the health structures from the intruders and help to keep compounds clean.
Dr Womoapai urged the all mothers to attend the ante- natal care services and deliver in the health facilities.
