The women of South Sudan have their own glossy fashion and content magazine.
“SHE South Sudan” is the first magazine dedicated to women that aims to inform and educate its female readers.Managing editor Brigitte Sins told Bakhita Radio that “SHE South Sudan” covers issues related to health, fashion, relationships and beauty.
It also carries interviews and other stories.
Ms Sins explained that “SHE South Sudan” interviewed a doctor about women’s most common illnesses and discovered that it was vaginal infections.
The magazine interviewed some women in the streets and the majority said to be very happy with their condition.
“SHE South Sudan” is published every two months.
