The parish of Christ the King in Yei concluded the celebrations of its silver jubilee under theme Service under the power of the cross.
The Catholic Bishop of Yei Erkolano Lodu Tombe said in his sermon on Sunday that the church is growing with good numbers of clergy, catechists and followers.He said the Church has many followers and that’s the reason the Pope created a diocese there to continue the growth.
The Bishop added that the diocese was created so the people can continue to expand and be witnesses of Christian faith.
