Kauda Regional Hospital in Nuba Mountains has been closed down due to lack of health staff to run its services.
South Kordofan State Health Secretary Tutu Mustafa said the hospital has distributed medicine stocks to other health centres for them to run local health programs.He advised all the people to be cooperative and maintain good health conditions through good hygiene.
The war that broke out in South Kordofan last June is having a negative impact in the people living in the remote areas of Nuba Mountains.
