ASSEMBLY CONFIRMS SUPREME COURT JUDGES

South Sudan National Assembly confirmed unanimously the four judges appointed by the President of the Republic to the Supreme Court.

Justice Minister John Luk Jok presented the curriculum of the four appointees to the House.

The appointed judges are Bullen Panchol Awal, Benjamin Baak Deng, Mohamed Ismail Said and John Gatewech Lul.

Salva Kiir Mayardit has yet to appoint another five justices since the Supreme Court is made of nine judges.
