Prayer is the main tool to build peace more especially in this moment of the South Kordofan.
Father Anuar Barika Adalan said the Church has a great role to play in encouraging and promoting peace among the community, Voice of Peace reported.Fr. Barika added that there is nothing at this moment the religious people could do other than pray.
He called on the leaders to find a peaceful means to resolve the disputes and protect the citizens’ freedoms and rights.
Fr. Barika made this statement on Saturday evening when he visited Voice of Peace Radio with a group from Kauda Parish choir, in Nuba Mountains.
