The secretary-general of the Catholic Diocese of Yei urged citizens to be very active and serious in whatever they are doing.
Fr. Emmanuel Sebit said if key officials are not serious the goal will not be achieved.He added that the goal did not end with the referendum, but represents a long journey.
Fr. Sebit urged the people to keep the time in any gathering rather than come late and let others wait for long time.
