Henry Soka Joseph, leader of the visual impairment in south Sudan, told the participants at the first convention on disability and development that people with disabilities should be represented in the parliament and they had the capability to become ministers and even the GoSS president.

Mr. Soka called upon the society to respect people with disabilities.
