David Lokonga urged the youth, especially girls, to stop bad behaviour and indecent dressing at dancing places, Easter Radio reported.Mr. Lokonga advised the people not to adopt other people’s corrupt cultures.
He warned those inciting tribalism to stop.
Mr. Lokonga urged the chiefs to protect the people.
The commissioner made these statements during Sunday mass at Christ the King parish in Yei.
