Eastern Equatoria SPLM general secretary said elements who want to spoil the referendum results came to Torit with a big amount of money to buy voter cards.
Celesio Ohisa told Emmanuel Radio that those people arrived in Torit yesterday.The SPLM official said some of the elements who plan to bribe voters were already identified and the information passed to the security organs.
He added they should be arrested soon.
Mr. Ohisa warned citizens not to trade off their rights for money by selling their voter card.
