The GoSS minister of information on Friday refuted allegations of a division within the cabinet of Southern Sudan made by Khartoum newspapers.
Benjamin Marial Barnaba told the press in Juba that GoSS president Salva Kiir Mayardit was misquoted by the AL-Sudani newspaper.Mr. Marial added that there was no division within the government and the people of South Sudan are determined to move on as one body towards a successful referendum.
Mr. Marial said Mr. Kiir did not single out the establishment of diplomatic relations with Israel but said his government would establish relations with every nation all over the world.
Mr. Kiir told the governors at the end of their forum on Saturday that the news about dissident in his cabinet were desperate attempts by a group of people who run out of ideas and strategies to undermine the timely conduct of the referendum.
