A driver was arrested yesterday in Juba after crashing with the presidential traffic clearer.
The driver of a car with a GoSS number plate was detained after failing to stop and running into the traffic police officer opening the presidential motorcade on a motorbike.The policeman was rushed to hospital unconscious and in a critical condition.
The driver sustained some head injuries after the presidential security bit him up.
The accident happened at about 10:30 in the morning.
