Martin Elia Lomoru revealed that the referendum civic education campaigns for his party are already hindered by financial constraints.

Mr. Lomoru mentioned that for true democratic transformation to be installed in the south there should be a financial provision for the parties to campaign during the referendum.

He added that millions of dollars have been pledged for the process although it is taking long for the funds to be availed.

Mr. Lomoru urged politicians and leaders not to marginalize separatist parties during the campaigns adding that the latter would lead to the doom of south Sudan if carried out.

Mr. Lomoru said that part of the credibility of the referendum is the campaign processes were the unionist and separatists are given equal field to campaign without intimidation.
