The Government of Central Equatoria State sworn in the Insurance Authority chairperson and the deputy chairperson of the state Anticorruption Commission.
Speaking during the swearing-in ceremony, Central Equatoria Governor Clement Wani Konga said the state in order to be viable needs all institutions to strengthen performance.Mr Konga called on the newly sworn in officers to cooperate with the already established offices to improve the flow of work in the state.
The sworn-in chairman of the state Insurance Authority Stephen Ladu said he was ready to work closely with the members of all state institutions and the Cabinet to ensure that the development in the state became a reality.
He urged for the draft of the Insurance Authority Bill to be passed into law.
Mr Ladu called on the state government to facilitate the new institution with means of transport and office space to execute their duties and contribute to the development of the state.
