Police spokesperson said the reckless gun shots in Juba town is under control after police and the security organs exerted put their efforts to control insecurity.
James Monday Enocka said the situation is coming to normal and that there are tremendous changes this year compared to last year.He said some of the shootings that happen within residential areas are done by police and security organs when cracking down criminals.
Mr Monday added that measures to control rampant gun shots shooting in the future are under way.
The spokesman said the national police service are taking measures against any officer who violate order and misbehaves to civilians.
He urged the civilians to cooperate by reporting police officers misbehaviours.
Mr Monday said the result of the screening previously carried out will determine who should serve in the national police service.
Mr Monday said the national police service had opened an emergency police court in Buluk that hear police officers cases.
