The Judge presiding over the hearing in the case against the former Commissioner of Wau County John Peter Miskin decided to proceed with the hearing on Thursday without the two witnesses.
Justice Bouga Ajouj Maker proceeded with the hearing session when the plaintiff lawyers declared to the court that two witnesses could not reach the court.The lawyer said one witness was outside the state and the other could not be reached because he lives in a place without communication network.
The judge gotÊ testimonies from three witnesses and so far, 13 witnesses in total have testified before the court.
On Thursday Farajalla hearing was adjourned to March 20, as requested by the defense lawyers to give room for further consultation.
Farajalla case has 16 suspects, and so far suspect Gabriel Sasa, have been released in the second hearing of the case, due to lack of evidences.
Government Legal consultant told Voice of Hope Radio that the charges against Sasa were cleared due to lack of evidence and that he was taken to court by mistake.
