MINISTRIES URGED TO PREPARE PRIMARY, SECONDARY SCHOOLS CONSTRUCTION BITS

Central Equatoria state ministries of Finance, Physical Infrastructure and Education are urged to prepare bits to construct four primary and three secondary schools in the state.

Government spokesperson Jacob Aligo Lo Lodu revealed this during the fifth development council meeting in Juba on Wednesday.

Mr Lo Lodu said the council also approved the training of youth to participate and compete in sports activities in the state and South Sudan.

He added that coaches are to be identified and recruited by the state to undertake responsibilities of training the youths in various activities.

Mr Lo Lodu disclosed that the council has approved a sum of 132,000 South Sudanese pounds to Yei Women Association to cater for girls’ boarding school dropouts in the county.

Central Equatoria state governor chaired the councils meeting.
