Upper Nile State ministry of Physical Infrastructure received its new minister Elija Liaj on Tuesday.
Director General James Twang welcomed minister Liaj in his new office, Voice of Love reported.He said the ministry of Physical Infrastructure was facing many challenges including water and electricity problems.
He vowed to cooperate with the new minister to overcome the challenges and solve the problems.
Minister Liaj promised to work to solve all difficulties.
He called all the officials to encourage him and work hand in hand to develop the state institutions and for the welfare of the state in general.
Mr Liaj thanked the authorities for trusting him to serve the state.
He urged people to do away with tribalism.
