A Polling staff member who observes elections in Ghegar payam, Upper Nile, said that an illegal list was found circulating in five polling stations in Ghegar, Renk County.
The official told SCR News reporter that some voters have used the list in five different voting stations more than once.The list was disqualified after discovery.
The same observer who did not want to reveal his name said that some parties were still campaigning in Upper Nile.
He added that four NCP members were arrested for violating and disrespecting the National Election Commission campaign deadline.
The observer described the voting for the last three days as peaceful.
