The Catholic Diocese of Torit started its two-day Annual General Meeting on Tuesday to review its pastoral and social programs.
The meeting drew cleric and lay representatives from all the parishes, diocesan social departments and development partners, Radio Emmanuel reported.The participants will also check on the progress made of last year’s plans.
The annual general meeting concludes on Thursday with the launch of Caritas Torit, the new agency to coordinate social development programs in the diocese.
