National Security organs are having a busy month fighting organized crime in Juba, especially fake money makers.
One week ago, officers caught Liberian national George Theal with 25 thousand dollars in fake currency and some chemicals used in money making.On the same day, national security operatives dismantled a three-Ugandan nationals team forging dollars in Juba.
Finally, on Friday the operatives arrested a lone man smuggling guns into Eastern Equatoria.
Deng Lual Mach was taking illegally eight Kalashnikov submachine guns and respective ammunitions.
He said the guns belonged to a man from Bor and were to be taken to Kapoeta.
Mr Lual explained that Toposa herdsmen would pay two cows for an AK47 assault riffle.
The criminals are to be handed over to the judiciary for trial.
