MINISTER TELLS CITIZENS TO INVEST IN AGRICULTURE

Central Equatoria Cabinet Affairs minister called on the people of Lainya County to embrace agriculture in order to eradicate poverty.

Cecilia Oba told the participants at the ECS Revival Convention to value and invest in agriculture for the state to delete poverty through mass production of local food, County pressman Lugala Bulen reported to Radio Easter.

She urged people to be united and live in peace for development to be achieved in the state.

Ms Oba promised better schools and hospitals.

She urged the Church to pray for the government and work together with coordination.

ECS Lainya Bishop Peter Amidi thanked the state government and the county authorities for their support given to the convention.

He appealed to the participants to continue living in togetherness and unity.

Central Equatoria Governor Clement Wani Kongo donated 10,000 Pounds to support the ECS Revival Convention that concludes on Monday.

Over 15,000 people are taking part in the event.
