An official from the southern Sudan High elections committee (SSHEC) said the committee is responsible to make public the results of the president of the government of southern Sudan and southern Sudan Assembly.
Talking to SCR News Jersa Kide Barsaba said the SSHEC will announce the results of GoSS president and southern Sudan Legislative Assembly.
Ms. Kide added that counting will be done at the voting centres. The results are then sent to the state High Elections Committee and from there to the SSHEC.
Ms. Kide explained that the results for the governors and other elections will be announced by the National Elections Commission (NEC).
Ms. Kide said the final outcome of the elections will be declared by NEC in Khartoum.
