Two top members of the Missionaries of the Divine Word or SVD are visiting Yei diocese after the congregation took over the new Holy Family parish in Lainya.
Bishop Erkulano Lodu Tombe Yei announced on Sunday that the Superior General and one general councillor will visit Lainya and Yei at the end of the month, Radio Easter reported.He added that the congregation assigned two deacons to work in Yei diocese.
The two deacons are from India and USA and will be ordained priests on January 29 and May 25 respectively.
The newly assigned SVD missionaries will arrive in Yei in August and September to join the three members already working in Lainya.
