The former commissioner of Yirol West County was Friday evening arrested for allegedly being behind the killing of one person in Anuol Payam, Lakes State.
Sources told Good News Radio that Agok Manyiel Dhieu is accused of having given orders to his bodyguard to do the killing.
Lakes State Governor confirmed the arrest.
Dr. Telar Deng said the arrest was within the law, adding that the arrest warrant came from the Attorney.
Dr. Deng added that no one is above the law.
Mr. Agok is being held at the Lakes state main prison in Rumbek.
