STUDENTS PREACH PEACE, UNITY IN EQUATORIA

Greater Equatoria Students Association in Kampala International University have preached to fellow students and South Sudanese to unite and live in peace in the new country.

Chairperson Lobor Latio said his group was in Juba to visit the three states of Equatoria and educate the people on the importance of peace and unity, Bakhita Radio reported.

He said his Association is also helping to educate follow students and the public on the dangers of HIV AIDS.

Mr Latio encouraged all people to go for a voluntary test in order to know their HIV statuses.

He said people in Western Equatoria know the high rate of HIV prevalence because they visited Voluntary Testing and Counselling centres.

The group was speaking in Juba Orphanage after visiting Torit and Yambio.
