Yei River assistant commissioner for culture and information said power supply was the biggest problem of Radio Easter limiting services provision to people.
Afram Jomo Michael told Radio Easter that he did not understand why the station was not yet collected with the town’s power grid.Mr Jomo appreciated Radio Easter for providing valuable information to the residents of Greater Yei about the town, the county and beyond.
The official urged Radio Easter staff to be committed and united on their duties and responsibilities and to work hard to serve the listeners.
He said service delivery was more important than the money one got for the work.
Mr Jomo urged the radio staff to be stable to avoid vacancies that took time to fill.
